Cold 'Chickun' curry pasta

Easy , quick, delicious and perfect for summer days !
I was inspired to make this by a cold pasta post in on of the vegan groups I follow.

For 4 persons
🌱 500 gr of (gluten free) pasta
🌱 1red bell pepper
🌱 1/2cucumber
🌱 1red onion
🌱 vegenaise of choice ( I used the one
      from remia)
🌱 yellow curry powder
🌱 turmeric
🌱 fake chicken of choice ( I used the
      ones from garden gourmet)
🌱 oil to bake the chikun
🌱 chicken spices mix for your chickun

📖  EASY PEASY STEPS

Firstly cook your pasta and let it cool down.

Chop your vegetables finely.

Bake your chickun with some chicken spices.

Mix the pasta and vegetables with 5 tablespoons of vegenaise, 2 tablespoons of yellow curry and 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric. 

Add your chickun.


Like I said : easy peasy!! But delicious !!
