Balsamic grilled vegetables
I wanted to make grilled vegetables with a twist, so I got inspired to make some balsamic grilled vegetables.
Its actually a more simple version than some other recipes for this.
For 4 persons
🌱 zucchini
🌱 eggplant
🌱 +-4 carrots
🌱 cherry tomatoes
🌱 3 red bell peppers
🌱 balsamic vinegar
🌱 olive oil
🌱 pepper
🌱 salt
For the balsamic dressing ; mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 3,5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Add some salt and pepper.
Coat your vegetables with the mixture and grill. I grilled them on a grill first until they were half done and then grilled them in the oven for 15 min (200°c). Cuz ain't nobody got time for all those vegetables on my tiny grill 😂😂.
Grilling time depends on how tick you cut your vegetables and how good your grill works. Mine s*cks so I can't give an accurate time 😁😂.
*I served with grilled tofu
==> on the grill with a coating of tamari soy sauce
*And with red rice 🌱
