Ketjap tempeh and ginger stir fry

The first recipe that I am posting on my blog !
Tempeh is one of those things that you either love or hate, and I love tempeh !
I love making rice dishes, especially with sauteed vegetables but I didnt want my usual stir fry so I gave it a twist!

🍴For 1person🙆🏼

🌱 125gr of basmati rice
🌱 150-200 gr tempeh
🌱  Ketjap sauce
🌱  Vegetables for your stir fry (leek,bell peppers, onion, cabbage, green beans..)
🌱  +-1,5cm of ginger which you'll chop fine yourself, OR a teaspoon of minced ginger
🌱  Oil to stir fry the vegetables etc.

Let your tempeh marinade in the ketjap sauce for approximately 20 min.
Boil your rice , heat the oil in your frying pan. First put the ginger in the pan and then stir fry your vegetables which you have prepared for a couple of minutes.
In another pan you bake your tempeh. Once done you can add the tempeh to your vegetables.

Et voila , super simple, super quick and affordable. 🍜
