Stir-fried rice and vegetables

JUMMYYYY!
This is my famous (with those that ate it lol) recipe for my stir fried rice and vegetables with tofu!!!
I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't like this !

Convince your meat eating friends that vegan food is oh-so-good with this dish!

For 4 persons

🌱 500 gr of basmati rice
🌱 250 gr of tofu
🌱 vegetables of choice (onion,leek,white
      cabbage,soybean sprouts, bell
      peppers,carrot..)
🌱 tamari soy sauce
🌱 chicken spices mix
🌱 yellow curry powder
🌱 oil for stir frying

-Boil your rice and let it drain really well!!

-Drain your tofu and fry it in a hot pan with 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of chicken spices mix and 2 teaspoons of the curry powder. Stirfry your pieces of tofu until they are not soft anymore YET also not too crispy. This is a matter of finding out the perfect texture.

-Add your vegetables to the tofu and stir fry them.

-Once the vegetables are done add your rice, and stir fry for +-3 min , add more oil if needed and add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 5 teaspoons of chicken spices mix and 5 teaspoons of the curry powder. Mix well so everything gets coated with the spices.

TIP: make sure you use enough oil so your food doesn't stick and burn against the hot pan .
