Stir fry noodles

Juuummmyy !!
I fancied stir fry noodles so I whipped up this quick recipe ! Delicious & filling.
The fam asked to make it again next week!

For 500 gr of pasta noodles

🌱1 red bell pepper
🌱1 onion
🌱3 cloves of garlic
🌱2 carrots
🌱soybean sprouts
🌱500gr of noodles (gluten free in this
     case)
🌱4 teaspoons of soy sauce (gluten free
     tamari)
🌱A head of broccoli
🌱A splash of water
🌱Oil for stir frying
🌱2 teaspoons of fine minced ginger

Prepare your vegetables, cut as in the picture showed or however you like 😂

Boil your noodles, once halfway cooking time start by firstly stir frying your broccoli. After 2 min add your onion, garlic, ginger, carrots & pepper.
Add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce.
Add your soybean sprouts.

Once your noodles are done rince with cold water so they dont stick, then add them to the vegetables. 
Add another teaspoon of soy sauce and a splash of water ( so it all doesn't burn in the pan). Stir again till the noodles are warm again.

Serve and enjoy !!! 🍝
