Pesto pasta

So i started gardening this summer, and.i have a  HUGE basil plant.
And what do you do with an infinite amount of basil? You make pesto !
I paired my pesto with pasta,  but ofcourse you can eat anything with pesto.

🌱45 leaves (yes i counted lol) of basil
🌱30 gr of pinenuts
🌱4 tbsp of olive oil
🌱salt and pepper to taste
🌱1 clove of garlic
🌱1tsp of nutritional yeast
🌱 optional a dash of lemon juice

📖

Wash your basil, chop your garlic in pieces.
In the meanwhile roast your pine nuts in a skillet until lightly browned.
Add all into your blender/mixer untill fine.

and honestly that's it. so easy.
I added some extra toasted pine nuts in my pasta for taste.
